POST public-api/transactions/grid-query/history-notes-public-api

Given a list of Unique Transaction History Identifiers, return attachment binary data and any user notes. A Unique Transaction History Identifier is the TransactionUniqueIdentitifer value returned by the api call public-api/transactions/grid-query/history-public-api. These identifiers are short-lived: an identifier more than 8 minutes old is rejected with a NO_NOTES_FOUND message, so request the notes soon after fetching the history page that produced them.
