POST public-api/funding/search/exactname

This method gets the active funding whose funding name exactly matches the search string, together with its notes, the asset tags associated with it, and the sites it is restricted to. Requires Allow Funding permission. Role Site and Asset Type security is applied to the associated assets, and Role Site security to the restricted sites, so entries outside the caller's scope are omitted from those lists. The notes are returned newest first. A funding name that matches no active funding returns no data and an invalid-funding message, and a blank funding name returns an empty model with no message.
