POST public-api/funding/fundinginfosearch

This method returns all the active fundings whose funding name or description contains the supplied search text, ordered by funding name. Each funding is returned with its header details and its notes, newest note first. Requires Allow Funding permission. A blank search string is rejected with an invalid-funding message rather than returning every funding, and a search that matches nothing returns the same message. Note: This is a Post API to avoid limitations inherent to passing parameters on the URL.
