POST public-api/customers/savestudentmodels

This method was created primarily to use with our LDAP sync tool. It takes a list of students and will update or insert as necessary. Students are written to the customer records, so this method and savecustomermodels perform the same operation. Only the students supplied in the list are touched. A student that is active in the Cloud system but absent from the list is left untouched, so to retire a student, submit that student with an inactive record status (the LDAP ACCOUNT_DISABLE value is also recognized) rather than omitting them. This method does not perform its own permission check and does not impose a record-count limit of its own, so the caller is responsible for keeping each batch to a reasonable size.
