POST public-api/contracts/create

This method creates one or more new contracts. Requires Create Contract permission, enforces Role Site and Asset Type security when associating assets. Notes and attachment associations supplied on the contract header are applied as part of the create. An asset tag that does not resolve to an active fixed asset the caller is allowed to see is left out of the contract without reporting an error. Accepts a maximum of 500 contracts at a time.
